1. Engagement & Scope
WhoInTouch provides digital marketing, website development, video production, SEO, review management, and paid advertising services. Specific project deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual written quotes or proposals provided following an introductory consultation call.
2. 100% Delivery & Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If WhoInTouch is unable to deliver a commissioned service according to the specifications and scope outlined in your written quote, you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for the undelivered deliverable. Every quote clearly states what is covered before any work commences.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full receipt of payment, all bespoke websites, custom code, graphic designs, short-form video master files, and advertising copy developed for the client become the sole intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise specified in a custom licensing agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities & Approvals
Clients agree to provide required brand assets (logos, colors, raw media) and timely feedback within 48 hours of review submissions to maintain guaranteed turnaround times. Project sign-offs and billing approvals for WhoInTouch are managed under the supervision of Ananda Naimi, COO.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
